Business Development Managers (BDM) and Client facing Sales Teams will have the responsibility to assist Freelancers at any given time. BDM’s are tasked with keeping constant communication with the Contractor throughout their time at the agency, from bidding on specific projects tailored to the Contractor, to finalising jobs, to the onboarding process, to keeping tabs on project progress, to the finalisation of projects and following up with Third Party Clients to find further employment for the Contractor or to leave an honest review.

Staff will conduct meetings to secure you work, via forms of contact such as phone, video & messaging, on such mediums like WhatsApp, Zoom and Skype, with our Freelancers not having to deal with any indifferences while the Agency is sourcing them service.

Freelancer welfare is of an upmost priority for our BDMs and Client Facing staff, as a Freelancer can feel comfortable to share any information with D’Vinci staff whether it be project related or personal, and entrust that the following steps will take their best interests as a primary focus.

At the D’Vinci Agency, we aim to ensure the highest possible income for our network of Freelancers is received. With each project a Freelancer is assigned, a series of negotiations will take place via our Business Development Managers, to secure the rate which you deserve.

Consistency is key, and we’re happy to accommodate flexible working schedules which work for you, whether you’re on the look out for short, mid or long term work.

Cash bonuses are also awarded based on loyalty and performance. This will be decided by D’Vinci staff, who will take into consideration project feedback, longevity of service to the Agency and the level of commitment and dedication shown in that timeframe.

Once part of the D’Vinci Agency, not only will you be in constant communication with the Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Client Facing staff, you’ll also have access to a whole network of talented individuals. Collaborating, networking and increasing your reputation are all perks we aspire to deliver, whether that be working with a client or completing an in house project at D’Vinci.

One of our main priorities at the Agency is giving freelancers the platform to excel, with honest reliable reviews from our clients. Our BDMs will do everything in their power to ensure that fair reviews are obtained, so that you can enhance your reputation within and outside of working with D’Vinci.

Not only will we provide Freelancers reviews from third party clients, D’Vinci staff will themselves provide references, whilst also being on hand to provide support with future opportunities, whether that video, audio or written communication.

D’Vinci will provide you with an infinite supply of job tokens (Upwork Connects & Freelancer Bids). When projects are sourced via third party websites such as Freelancer.com and Upwork.com, you will not have to use your own resources to apply and source work, as that will be covered by D’Vinci Ltd.

Staff will never request monetary amounts before, during or upon completion of a project from a freelancer. During your time at the agency, you can believe that the upmost effort is being put in by D’Vinci staff to ensure they have the best possible chance to secure short, mid and long term work dependent on your preference. You will not have to participate in any forms of the negotiation to secure work, as that will be carried out by Business Development Managers.
